Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Itzy Ritzy products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
